Enjoy a scenic drive from Las Vegas to visit Nevada’s wine country – just one hour outside of Las Vegas – to taste up to (12) unique Nevada wines at two boutique wineries with an additional wine tasting and tour of the historic Chicken Ranch Brothel in Pahrump, Nevada.
Our first stop will be at Red Rock Overlook for breathtaking views and plenty of photo opportunities of the Conservation Area. We will drive you through the old mining town of Blue Diamond which is now a bustling little town nestled on the hills just on the outskirts of Red Rock.
We continue to the Leghorn Bar for a glass of wine before beginning our fascinating tour of the oldest, continuously running brothel in America. The tour is led by one of their very own working girls who will provide a detailed history of the Chicken Ranch.
Our next stop is Sanders Family Winery where you will be introduced to the man known as “The King of Nevada Wine” as he started Nevada’s very first winery. Sample 7 different wines paired with lunch during this formal wine tasting. On most days, you will be able to speak directly with the winemaker.
We finish at Artesian Cellars for more wine tasting and lunch. We will learn more about the Nevada wine-making process and complexities of growing grapes in the Mojave Desert. Choose your lunch from our drop-down menu when booking.
